For those who have been missing our Climbing the Poet's Tree: Comm Challenges while the comm is on hiatus, stillnotbored's August 1st Line Contest is now open. Enter your original first stanza of a poem using the following orphan first line for a chance to win some homemade bling and bragging rights:
