There's no hard minimum on the number of posts, though we recommend that people aim for 3-5 posts total - say a brief intro post to orient people, plus ~3 content posts spaced out over the week. See our Recommended Posting Format page and previous weeks if you'd like examples of how other people have done it before.
If it helps re: thinking over what you'd like to focus on for your content posts, some aspects that jump out to me: what inspired the project? how do you find so many amazing poems to post? what has the day-to-day experience of choosing and typing up the poems been like - has it changed anything about how you read or relate to particular poems, or poetry in general? have you discovered new poems, new poets you might not have otherwise encountered in the course of the project? would you recommend a similar practice to others? and so forth.
