I confess that I enjoy snickering at some poems in older anthologies that would be readily dismissed at doggerel today. They're a nice reminder that taste really is a subjective matter (which is helpful during a high-rejection month such as this one *cough*). I'll have to dig up the distinctly non-immortal stanza in Oscar Williams's Immortal Poems that always comes to mind...
